Hospital is excellent, staff is well behaved and cooperative. I feel it's the best eye hospital of Jodhpur. Recently I underwent cataract surgery. However I am facing problem in mediclaim reimbursement due to non availability of bulk purchase invoice of IOL with this hospital.TPA is fussing for it. Let us see how it ends.

I am a Canadian tourist travelling in India with glaucoma issues. Dr. Ratan Purohit Sr. was kind enough to see me on short notice and gave a very thorough exam and advice. He and his staff were kind and professional and I am grateful for their care.

Well behaved, helping nature, polite and smiling face staff. I (ECHS beneficiary) approached Dr Ratan sir for my cataract treatment He listens to you carefully before giving his advice. Today I went the hospital at 1:30PM after pre decided appointment for operation of my mother`s eye under ECHS referal. As per entry record I came 1st in ward for onward process of operation, but the doctors give priority to the patients who came later to me, even the patient who came at 5:15 PM got operated instantly and moved to their home, but my mother of 70 Years have to wait till 6:30pm, I want to know the actual reason of such kind of discrimination.
