SJ eye hospital(DR. RATAN PUROHIT)

Very bad experience with supportive staff. No authenticity of cataract operation charge.Every staff asking different package amount for same operation specific.There is huge difference of operation charge between TPA and cash.There is cashless facility but initially they are asking for depositing whole operations charge in cash and they refund when insurance claim pass.

I went to that clinic due to a heavy eyes infection. I had a serious emergency. The people in the reception said me that there were no doctors availiable and nothing else... REALLY? There is a orestigious clinic, of course there were doctors that can check you out. Far from advising or recomending me other place, they just say no... 0 feed back 0 care... All for the money... PA THE TIC

very bad ....such a lazy staff general eye checkup took 6 hrs time which is not right and they prior their known ones first
