ASG Eye Hospital

Worst and pathetic hospital ever... I had appointment at 12pm and waited for 2-3 hours to complete my normal eye check up. Rude behaviour of receptionist and worst queue management... I suggest think twice before visiting this hospital.

One of the worst eye hospital in Udaipur. They provided wrong consultation to put costly lens (multi focal) for my mother’s cataract operation and after surgery there was no improvement in vision rather it resulted in high number of glasses. They did fake promise to loot maximum money from you. Never believe on consular seating there (Prakash) , Dr. Ashish also not courteous and do not listen any complaints from the patient after the surgery. Complete waste of your hard earned money, never go for this hospital, instead you may opt for free treatment in MB hospital. Pathetic services!!!

This is my first and last visit to this hospital. Poor queue management, longer waiting period. It feels like you have to climb a mountain for just a normal eye test. Rude behaviour of receptionist. I would recommend never go to this hospital.

It's been terrible; they gave you an appointment for noon and will Make you sit for 1 hour after taking the consultation fee. They can have a better queue management system, and this is quite easy. If you need any help pls let me know. An hospital should have an effective process whereas here its all manual driven. Files are being carried manually. This is so obsolete style of working.

I had a disappointing experience at ASG Eye Hospital. The visit felt like a complete waste of time and money, and unfortunately, my entire day was ruined due to inefficiencies and poor service. I expected better care and organization.

Went to ASG on Saturday. They said appointment required so took an appointment for Monday 12 pm. Reached Monday at 12 pm. There were at least 50 people in the reception area. Complete chaos. Ar the counter someone said if you have an appointment your name will be called . At 12:30 when I asked again, some other person said you have to get in the line in spite of appointment. The line was of 20 people at the time. What's the point of giving an appointment if you make the patient wait in a line of 20 people??? And there is no clarity on WhatsApp the system is. Terrible experience.

I am Rajesh Kumar, my cataract operation was successfully commended by Dr.Ashish Sir.I thank all the staff as well for their cooperation.Overall very satisfied.

I visited asg after confirmation that medical store will be open till 8pm I reached there 7 .50 pm but medical store was closed it seen to bee very disappointing even available staff responsed me very rudely . So I am recommended plz don't believe on ASG
