I booked an appointment for an eye test at 11:30 am but there was no one present for the checkup and the staff asked me to wait for 1 hour. Then If I have to wait then what's the purpose of the appointment and that female attendant was like "lena hai toh lo ya fir chalte bano" literally I don't even like the way they attend to me after this experience I went to another lenskart store.
