Windi and Angel were so kind and helpful! Gave the best support and service when I was there picking out my glasses, and were accommodating to my request to not switch the prescription for my new lenses. Highly recommend and would bring my friends and family by!:)

Windi is super good at his customer service. He was very proactive and decided to do a check on my eyes just to make sure the health of my "eyes" are good. So appreciative - don't think any other shop would have done this! He also gave me advice on the kind of eyedrops to use as well as I am a contact lenses wearer. Ive had an insightful session learning about my eyes’ health when purchasing a sunglass. The exchange was amicable and perceptive that I didnt get the staff on duty’s name. Thank you to the team that helped me get my first ever specs/sunglass, the learning journey is fulfilling!

Very heartwarming and heartfelt service from the staff there, especially Windi and Wesley. Both of them followed up with me regarding the glasses that I have purchased. They assured me and gave me very detailed breakdown of what I am getting and answered all the questions I had throughout the whole process. My family also went down after to have their glasses made after hearing about it. Will definitely go back again if I ever need any new glasses or shades.

My daughter (17 yrs) and I were on one of those ‘once in a lifetime’ holidays in Singapore. The very first day my daughter accidentally damaged her contact lenses. Though this wasn’t going to ruin our holiday, it was quite upsetting for her. I took my chances by going to Clarity Eyecare to find out if there was anything they could possibly do… WELL!!!! To our great surprise they helped us immediately on the spot! Windi, the optometrist, did a full-on check up of her eyes and after half an hour we walked out of there with a 30 days supply of daily contact lenses! The staff were extremely professional and friendly and I cannot rave enough about them!

Windi and the other lady (I didn’t get her name) were super helpful and patience with my daughter, teaching her how to put on her contact lenses. Both are professional, kind and friendly. I will definitely go back to them!

My friend recommended Clarity eyecare (Holland Village) to me and so when her glasses were ready, I joined her to collect them. I didn't have an appointment but my eyetest was long over due (2017 *ahem*) so I thought I'd try on some frames to try and motivate myself to book an appointment sometime! Anyway, while I was doing so, Angel, one of the attendants came over to me an suggest a frame shape she felt would suit me (one I'd never have thought of myself). This was not in attempt to sell, I didn't have an appointment, she was just being wonderfully helpful and she was spot on with the glasses she thought would suit me! I decided to book an appointment and it happened that they were free at that time so Wesley, the optometrist, very thoroughly worked through my eye test, carefully and simply explained the results and recommended lenses, which were very good value. I had my old frames with me and even at this point there was no 'hard sell'. Lots of attention to detail once I decided I did want new frames which was really welcome. They also explained how I could have new lenses in my old frames if I wished and that the frames were still good for that. It's a small shop so not overwhelming and instead of walls and walls of glasses (which personally I find too much), they hand pick the various frames from various designers which is great and means they know their stock really well. There is a really good variety of shapes and colours and so on. Huge thanks for such excellent service, Angel and Wesley. And also to Windy, who I believe helped my friend on her prior visit. I will certainly be recommending to others (in fact, I already have!). I can't wait to pick up my new glasses soon!
