I did Relex Smile Lasik a month ago. The process was very smooth from start to end. Dr Han and her team (especially Ginette) were friendly and professional. They answered all my queries that gave much assurance. Dr Han is experience and did a great job on my eyes, the operation was fast and painless. My eyes is recovering well and getting much better vision. The suitability checkups and operation were done on the same day. Dr Han provided helpful advices and medications for post operation care. I and my boyfriend had shortsighted surgery at Doctor Han place. The clinic is super clean and nice, like a 5 star hotel. Doctor Han is always gentle and did a good surgery for both of us. She also explain a lot of technical things to us, make us understand more about the surgery process and how to maintain good eyes. We both recover fast and no issue. After about 5 days to 1 week, we can see normal.

I visited 3 different ophthalmologists before choosing to undergo the Lasik procedure with Dr. Han. She was very patient, thoroughly explaining all my options and addressing my concerns. Unlike the other ophthalmologists, Dr. Han's clinic made sure that my appointment time was kept, ensuring minimal waiting times. I had a cataract surgery done on 6 Dec 2021 by Dr Daphne Han. No doubt after the surgery, my vision has improved a lot. I can even pull a thread through the needle’s hole without wearing prescribed glasses, fantastic! I feel very at ease after the multifocal lens implant without the need to wear any reading or prescribed glasses. I would like to thank Dr Han for her professionalism and skilful hands to perform the surgery on my eyes and Ginette for her professional, friendly and helpful services. Though after the surgery, my eyes tend to be dry and sensitive (even before the surgery) but with moisturising eye-drops is working alright. One thing I like most about Dr Han’s clinic and her team was that there is no hard selling because she is very professional to advise you to do only what is needful and beneficial for you. Dr Han and team, particularly Ginette, were very professional, helpful and friendly right from the first clinic visit till the last visit. It’s been over a month since I have undergone CLEAR surgery. Dr. Daphne Han is professional and experienced. Before the surgery, I had issues with dry eyes and she kindly gave me solutions to improve my condition even before talks for surgery. During the operation, I was rather nervous but Dr. Daphne Han made sure to calm me down and constantly checked in with me. After providing me with the instructions and aftercare Lasik tools, I was all set to go home and rest. The first two days after the operation was surprisingly painless. Besides slight discomfort and redness, the healing process felt quite smooth. I am also very grateful to Ginette, who is very detailed and knowledgeable. She cleared my doubts straight from the beginning and explained each process to me very clearly. She was also quick in response whenever I had a question through text. As of today, my eyes are healing well, and surprisingly, not as much dryness that I would have expected.
