Eye Surgeons @ Novena

Doctor is ok but always busy with surgery and whatnot. Whatever appointment you set with them, you can be sure to still wait for hours. I made a courtesy call to inform that i will be slightly late due to carpark jam. I was stuck for more than 30mins but the admin who answered sounded very rude. Kept saying if i am coming for appointment at 2:30pm when the appointment in the sms states 2:45pm. Sent screenshot of sms but no remorse or apology. An ang moh was also late but she was treated nicely and with respect most probably because she was an ang moh and look rich whereas i am asian. It is always the lao jiao admin that have this kind of bad attitude and thinks that caucasians are the superior race and treats asians like dirt. Also admins are always rude but i cannot fault them as they were having non stop menopausal moments. You should all be sacked from yiur jobs. Period. U deserve no star. They are very superficial and always say bad things about callers after slamming down the phone.

This is truly service straight from the heart. We are not the patient from this clinic but upon seeing my husband on clutches they offered us a seat in their clinic right away, even for me an accompany family member. This is something even our doctor’s clinic has never offered. I observed they open 5mins early for their queuing patients, 4 service counters all opened. By observation, I can tell how much upfront they are there for patients. Thank you very much for the kind gesture. Recommended if anyone seeking for eye care, in my humble opinion.

Dr. Yong Shao Onn is an exceptional eye doctor. He is thorough, patient and highly knowlegeable. The staff is welcoming and clearly explained the tests they are conducting. I felt care for and confident in their expertise. High recommend for anyone seeking excellent eye care!

Just saw Dr Heng Li Wei because my eyes were painful. Dr Heng was very careful and thorough when checking my eyes. She was also very patient when explaining my condition to me. My eyes felt better when I left the clinic. Thanks Dr Heng!

Only Dr Fong Kee Siew is the best. The rest are haughty, don’t keep to appointments or say they afe not sure what my eye i fection is about. Huh? Eye specialist who don’t know??!!! The reception staff are terrible and behave as if they are the boss! Not recommended

Maybe the doctor is great and experienced, but the nurse / admin are not patient ，or maybe we can say “ arrogance” Just finished the call with them coz I miss my daughter’s appointment , they told me they tried to call me but I off it( of course they always call you during the busy working time, and if you didn’t call back, they won’t call you too). I make another appointment for my daughter, and then the person who answer the call told me, they won’t give me any remind ( call or message) . This is a private clinic in mount E Novena, both me and my husband ‘s doctor are there, I also give birth there, ALL THE CLINIC ( EXCEPT EyeSurgeons @ Novena) will give the remind for our appointment , if we can’t answer the phone means we are not convenient at that time. why we spend much money in Mount E ? Of course because of their professional and good service, but not like this, will try to change another clinic for our kids. That who has time to remind our appointment .

I feel that their doctor may not be very trustworthy. The original appointment was suddenly canceled, and his staff showed no remorse. They seemed to expect the patient to beg for their attention and had a sense of superiority. Even when the appointment was canceled last minute, they didn't make any effort to inform promptly. It's as if they made a symbolic phone call, and if it didn't go through, they didn't care. They have a condescending attitude, and I do not recommend them.
