I had macular hole surgery performed by Dr. Au Eong a few years ago, and I recently returned for a review. I’m happy to share that everything is still going well, even after three years. The surgery was a success—Dr. Au Eong confirmed that the hole has fully closed. My vision has recovered about 80% of what was lost, though it’s not as sharp as before, which is something to keep in mind for anyone considering this procedure. That said, I’m truly grateful to have chosen such a skilled and caring doctor. His expertise and professionalism gave me confidence throughout the process, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of eye care or surgery.

Dr Au Eong is very excellent in handling both my eyes. I had my left eye done on Oct 29th 2024 & immediately has 6/6 vision. Did my right eye on 5th Nov 24 to correct the myopia. I could now read both near & far. The procedure was painless & smooth. I would recommend him to everyone who has cataract problems. The darkness was overclouding my vision and now I feel that I have eagle’s eyes to see & read & make the quality of my life whole again. Thank you very much Dr Au Eong. Horrible long wait. Appointment at 930 but 1130 still waiting. Even those without appointment can walk in and see the doctor way faster then I did. To make it worst, the one without appointment spend a very long time inside with the doctor that jam up the Q. Was it because they are of the same race? I’m not sure. But definitely won’t be ba, it’s a waste of time.

There is no doubt in her skills and expertise! Dr Joy Chan is also very professional and friendly, and is always open and patient to answering my questions and explaining to me the condition of my eyes. Overall, the clinic is clean and nice, staff are helpful and the clinic also provides a very clear and transparent breakdown of the fees.
