Dr Chuah was exceedingly patient and clear in his explanations, and conducted successful surgery when I had an infection which affected my tear ducts. Though there’s a longer wait at clinic at times, staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the process of care! Thank you Dr chuah and team!

Our heartfelt appreciation to Dr Chuah C T from Specialist Eye & Eyelids Clinic for the excellent precision during my wife’s extremely complicated cataract surgery last week. He was extremely detailed and patient in explaining the process to us and went the extra mile to attend to our concerns. The excellent service did not stop there as the post surgery follow up is highly laudable as well. His reassurance of the recovery, tender care and concern are par excellent. It is our honour and privilege to have this amazing doctor as our eye specialist. We are indeed short of words to express our gratitude. Dr. Chuah is an excellent specialist who is knowledgeable, to the point, and took time to explain in detail about my condition (i.e. what likely caused my condition, why it needed treatment, what each procedure would involve and which issue it would solve, +/- of treatment, etc.) and answered any questions I had. In particular, I greatly appreciate that he provides justification of each decision made. Despite recommending surgery, he was not pushy and provided alternative options should we decide to not go forward with it. I felt very comfortable and did not feel scared before, during, and after the surgery and felt very cared for by the whole team. Dr. Chuah has very steady hands that made me feel reassured and confident in his ability, especially when I was conscious while getting the stitches out with sharp tools. May, Zes, and Ai Lin are all very understanding, caring, and gentle. Thank you for all your assistance with scheduling appointments with my busy schedule, and for scheduling a great team for my operation. I greatly appreciate all your help which moved things along seamlessly. Occasionally appointments were delayed slightly, but completely understandable due to medical emergencies from some other patients that needed immediate medical attention. Thank you all for helping me solve my eyelid issues which has been bugging me for the longest time ever!! My eyes haven’t felt so un-itchy and unirritated for as long as i can remember; it was nothing short of life-changing. 10/10 would recommend!

Extremely grateful to Dr Chuah - I had caught a serious eye infection which was so serious as to have impaired my vision. Dr Chuah took great care to diagnose the problem, even taking the trouble to check with his other eye specialist colleagues to get a consensus on the issue and best form of treatment. He monitored my case closely, adjusted treatment accordingly and even counselled me on the best and worst case scenarios and what my options were. I have made a full recovery in record time for cases of this nature, thanks no doubt to the extensive care Dr Chuah took and his constant adjustments to the treatment to ensure that I had the best chance of a quick recovery. I also appreciated that Dr Chuah took the time to explain the issue with great patience - this helped put my mind at ease throughout the process. I also found that Dr Chuah's fees extremely reasonable - he maintains a family doctor feel in his practice and is not one of those specialists who charge an arm an a leg for premium service. Dr Chuah is an exceptional eye doctor with good knowledge and a detailed and skilled eye doctor. He accurately diagnosed and addressed my eye concerns. The Clinic's assistants are helpful especially staff May , who is kind, patience and knowledgeable .

Completed my ptosis Eyelid Surgery with Dr Chuah. *Highly Recommened* Dr Chuah is very knowledgeable and very professional. i didnt feel scared doing the surgery with him and i decided to proceed with the surgery with him immediately after the consultation. Prior to this, i have been to other clinics but the consultation with Dr Chuah was most insightful and gives me the most confidence. During the surgery, he was very patient and a calming presence. The Surgery went well and i am very satisfied with the outcome. need to do several follow ups weekly but the process is smooth. Thank you for your front desk staffs as well. Especially May! Kind and genuinely cares for the patients. People that has been there would definitely know her. They are always busy but always smiling. :) Gives u a peace a mind when you visit this clinic.

Had a terrible experience with my ptosis surgery. I can feel the stitching of the eyelids at the end. Painful and unbearable. I would not recommend this clinic. Each appointment I had to wait for min 1-2 hours. More like a polyclinic than a specialist doctor appt for the waiting time.

I have thyroid eye disease and it causes my eyes to bulge and protrude. Prior to my consultation with Dr Chuah, I have seen quite a number of doctors and was usually prescribed with eye drops and ointments with no solution. Dr Chuah was a specialist referred by my original eye specialist. Dr Chuah understands my issue from inside out. I was amazed that he doesn’t just propose multiple ways on how to deal with the condition, but he truly understands that my quality of life has been greatly affected. Having seen many doctors for this condition, he was the only one who took great deal of time in explaining and took photos of my eyes during 1st visit. It shows that he is very meticulous, determined and committed in solving the issue even at the very 1st visit. Hence, I trusted him on the treatment and the subsequent eyelid surgery. In his clinic, you are not just a patient or a case, Dr Chuah and his staff in the clinic treat his patients like family. During my unfortunate ordeal in serving quarantine order, they took the effort to wish me well and check on me frequently during that period, more frequently than MOH had checked on me. I feel blessed and grateful to be taken care of by them.
