I had a fantastic experience with Lenskart. The app and in-store service are both excellent. The selection is vast, the designs are choice worthy, and the customer service is top-notch. Employees are very courteous and well mannered. No trouble faced for the service for problem I was facing with my glasses. Highly recommended!
Just left Lenskart and wow, super impressed! The staff was really helpful and patient with me. They had a great selection of frames to choose from too. The eye exam was thorough and quick. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need new glasses.
I have been a regular Lenskart customer over years. I recently purchased two specs and both frames broke within a month. While they repair for free, it depends on the frame type to determine if it’s repairable. One of the frame was fiber made and it can’t be repaired, also they don’t provide any minimum guarantee on the product quality. If the frame breaks very next day of your purchase they don’t take responsibility. Not sure if it’s with Arakkonam store or if the entire Lenskart quality is declining. I had to go through this horrible experience. Staffs are extremely helpful in attending to the issue. But they are not solving the problem. The other frame is a metal one and it can be repaired. You won’t believe that I have submitted it for repair 4th time within 3 months of purchase, the product is not durable and the repair is not reliable either. Won’t recommend Lenskart anymore.
