Awesome and best eye hospital in Arcot i have visited. "Dr.Maharaja David" he is very well trained and experienced Doctor, and he is very humble and polite in explaining the treatment and causes, The staffs are very welcoming and patient friendly. Received the best hospitality here. Overall very well preferred Hospital for eye is prakash eye clinic arcot.

Treatment in this clinic good but the way of token system need to be improved.While calling for appointment the staff saying token is full for morning and afternoon they asked to call afternoon 3:40 pm,While calling the landline is busy,after 30 minutes of trying connected the call but they informed token is full.This type issue I faced many times.If the appointment given for evening while calling in the morning is good for the patient who are trying for treatment.Need to think about token system to take account through phone or landline.

Greetings from the management of Prakash Eye Clinic and Opticals The management and staff are taking utmost steps to meet the patients needs. Every patient would like the doctor to examine them thoroughly during their visit to the clinic which needs time. Since each patient has to be spent time on, only a certain number of tokens can be issued each day. Those who can await their turn are most appreciated. The staff are doing their best in handling the patients so kindly co-operate with them. Emergencies are never turned away when the doctor is in. We are trying to look into the grievances and rectify them.

Very Very worst hospital.Patient Treats Very worst.treats as inhuman

Doctors experience on the diagnosis is good and high. But the patients management is needs a lot of improvement. Specifically the attitude of the staffs. bitter experience what I had is waited in front of the gate for 40min from morning 6am to get an appointment. After a long time a staff came and simply said "the doctor is not available today. You all can go and come on Monday" His statement has no excuse for the patients waiting in front of the gate for long time. His body language was looking something like, there is no option for the people in arcot. Doctor has to looking it before his reputation damage. Arcot has very good scope for an eye specialist at this moment...

Patient management rude ,Its useless going this hospital instead there is lot of muti speciality hospital ,Don't go this hospital.,Worst people management.Treatmentwise best but reception people worst attitude to patient,Its highly disappointed on that,My humble request don't go to hospital
