Once a big fan of titan eyeplus. poor customer care service and unprofessional attitude of the stores made me to stay away from titan eyeplus.

I went there to repair my specs which was actually bought from lenskart and lenskart people said they can't fix it. But in titan eye showroom they fixed it and the staff were very friendly and courteous. I guess that is why titan is a better brand as they get the right people for the job.

Worst worst I bought my specs in this year Feb month it's cost about near around 7k I used 3months now it's June my specs broken without any physical touch eventhough it's brand but selling very old material and it's not worth waste of money

Honest staff and well explanation by staff..Titan eyeplus is best optical. Comparing to lenskart .pls buy it .it's worth it
