Hi - I wanted to really appreciate the efforts of OGLO optics in servicing customers. I started visiting their optical shop from March 2021 as a long standing customer . Since then, I never turned to any other vendor because of their commitment to customer delivery and addressing their concerns. Recently, I raised a concern with the lens which was out of warranty but still they fought with the vendor, echoed customer's concerns and ensured that the faulty lens are replaced. These people are really the best in the industry and I am sure they will do a great customer service and be a pioneer in this business. Good service and reasonable price
