There is a huge mismatch in allotted appointment timing and doctor consultation timing. I understand that dilation procedure before doctor consultation is requirement for eye checkup which take some time. But my concern is all about the delay in initiating that procedure. Doctors consultation is good enough. whomso ever it concern, if this issue been addressed it would be thankful.

Have done eye checkup for several of my family members and done cataract surgery for father in this hospital. Genuinely required treatment is given here. When we ask about a doubt the doctor clarifies it without frightening us. The only drawback is that the wait time to visit the doctor will be too long but when we get a trusted treatment it doesn’t really matter.

Waiting time more than 2 hours recomended people from nurses dont need to wait. worst experience time waste.management shuld consider it
