Traditional hospital. generally crowded. Booking in advance will save a lot of time. good doctors. 600 rupees for eye resting. Hygienic place all covid measures followed. Bike parking available

Very poor time management, one day waste, the male attendants behave like rouges, have to bear them. Seems as if they are doing a free service. They charge 600 rs for an appointment Need to have someone known inside for a fair treatment. Very very sad state of affairs. A govt hospital will be better than this.

Best hospital for eye check up. I feel we should have patience when we go to these kind of sensitive hospitals. It takes time, not to blame. Only one complaint is, if we try the telephone number meant for appointment, no one takes. Otherwise no complaints.

Good hospital with experienced doctors. Only challenge is they are asking patients to go to Nungambakkam for some scans and we have to roam around with aged parents. Some of the contact phone number provided in website is not in working condition and hope someone is looking into the details updated in websites

At the time first admission the receptionist and others very polite, after that for asking review appointment, very worst behaviour and poor response. Post operation response is very poor. My wife was undergone operation and I am physically challenged person while asking for review appointment on 31.05.2024 nothing listened. We are from Madurai, nobody is there for us as senior citizens. These St Thomas Mount branch hospital employees are very worst, not listening our grievances. Don't recommend to others for such type of poor service. Totally waste our time, energy, money etc. 29.05.2024 further messages: Further to our earlier grievances, from hospital they have called on 15.05.2024 by email at 15.24 on 15.05.2024 and fixed review date as on 01.06.2024. Based on which arrangements are made by us from Madurai Now today (29.05.2024), called and informed at 10.47am, doctor is not available for review and hence further informed that postponning review date on 12.06.2024. We are from Madurai and spouse of patient is physically challenged, all of sudden informing means, how patient will be attending like us people. Really it is very much irritating one. Doctors should serve for patients, patients can not wait for doctor, what a humanitarian treatment this hospital is giving, very much pathetic for patients.

Visited for a regular eye checkup which ended up being the worst ever experience in a hospital. The coordination between the departments are extremely poor and it's a terrible experience out there to wait for couple of hours between every stage of the consultation process. There is no proper guidance or answer provided to the waiting patients and their attenders.
