I was sceptical to go for a eye checkup due to review comments. But my experience was good in that the doctor was listening & I was able to get lenses at an affordable price in just one day. Consultation charges is costly at 500/-

We went to this clinic after very bad experience with another eye care hospital. I just went with people gmap review and it proved that I landed in right place. My mom had redness issue in both the eyes after the cataract surgery and the same was reoccurring frequently even after eye drops are changed. We came to padmapriya mam here and she completely changed the eye drops to settle down this issue for a month and then she suggested to take Tear Film Analysis, which I have not heard from previous eye hospital. So we have done that in Rakshana eye care hospital, Virugambakkam, which has given clear view of problem. This is due to extreme dryness in both water and oil gland in both the eyes of my mom. She lost the 50% of the vision in one eye and another eye is 90% ok. Luckily we were not too late to find this padmapriya doctor. Post the tear film analysis, doctor asked us to go for laser treatment in both the eyes for 3 sittings in same Rakshana eye hospital. One sitting costed 12500 inr, but at least my mom is feeling better now and much relieved. By god's Grace we can retain the existing vision for the rest of the life. Choice of hospital and doctor is always matter and always the second or third opinion when things are not going good. I feel extremely happy that my mom in this better state after consulting with Padma Priya mam. She will tell openly what is what and whether this can be cured or not without giving any false hope. Only thing I feel as a concern is that we have to wait for sometime in clinic untill doctor comes in. Apart from that I recommend this clinic for all age group. Above 50 age people, please have a regular check up once in a year to avoid these kind of issues.
