Excellent treatment provided. Very happy to be part of Agarwal. From entry in reception and upto completion of treatment notably the hospital authorities took much care with sincere service. I Wish to register my appreciation for the noble service rendered to the public. Being a central government servant, I really appreciate the overwhelming response shown to the public servant in providing world class treatment without any disparity.

I recently visited Dr. Agarwal eye hospital for an eye check-up, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth registration process. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and equipped with advanced technology for eye examinations. The doctors were highly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my condition in detail. They answered all my questions and provided clear recommendations for treatment. The support staff was also attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I had a great experience at the hospital.

This place can be improved with a few changes. The bathrooms are abysmal and lacking cleaning supplies like soap tissue and stinks. The doctors give you an appointment and keep you waiting for hours.. It is very hard for senior citizens. Not all doctors are experienced. One doctor said the eye infection was gone and another said it's still there. Staff are pretty good overall but some improvement will make it better.

The receptionist made us pay to two appointments just because we filled out two forms but later decided to do only one test. Just because she entered it in the system we have to pay full price of test, even when we can’t do it on that day? The test it was good and professional

No idea how this place has good reviews.. they are all fake. Look on mouth shut website for the horror stories. The bathroom is horrible with pee all over the floor.. no soap or tissue and no toilet paper. What a disgusting place. In any other country the sanitation department will shut this place down. If they are so unhygienic imagine what they will do to your eyes. Update: As you can see from their reply they don't even acknowledge that the restroom is in bad shape with no soap, tissue or toilet paper or any air freshner..the place stinks with pee all over the floor. They seem to have no maintenence. How are the staff going about their day with no complaints? Are they also used to this level of poor hygiene? There have been some complaints on other sites (not the fake google reviews) that post infection is an issue..i am not surprised Update: after the reply where they suggested that the bathroom condition was an oversight.. i went back a few weeks later and except for the soap availability the rest was just as bad. No tissue paper.. the place stinks. Why is it so hard for you to maintain toilet facilities clean. This is not acceptable.

Nice treatment with proper care and great attention. Timely disposal without unnecessary waiting time. Good excellent efficient treatment at all level. Really very glad and proud to be a customer of great entity indulged in public service. Really no disparity shown towards CGHS benefits which other hospitals used to do.

I really got excellent service from Anna nagar branch - Agarwal eye hospital. From Doctor ( Mr. Justin) to Lab technician and from billing section to optical section (Mrs.Shrimathi).
