Dr.Balaji's Eye Hospital

I met Dr. Balaji for my mothers eye glass-frame change. The Consultation fee (Rs 500) and the products are really costly. Kindly ask the price details before you pay the amount. Also the behavior of the doctor seemed to be angry and stubborn ATTITUDE. Patients who come to a doctor would wish to get their doubts cleared and feel comfortable but here we did not get a proper feedback. A glass change could cost maximum 2000rs but we were charged 4550rs which is not acceptable. It is really expensive. So, kindly ask the price details and if you are okay you can buy else please please go visit another hospital or clinic which would be far far better. VERY EXPENSIVE, HARSH BEHAVIOR.

My mom had cataract surgery here and when the surgery started, the equipment stopped working. They Fixed at that time leaving her idle sometime, the surgery was failed and she has been suffering alot since then. We visited so many times and this doctor was just giving drops. Now we visited another hospital and they said carnia is fully damaged. He charged around 30-35K for one eye cataract surgery, used to give 500rs drops every time we visited. It's not about the money but he damaged my mom eye. Doctor should treat properly, otherwise patients life will be spoiled. I hope this feedback might be useful to you. BTW this doctor is never punctual.

Last day I went for my 1 year baby eye infection, which was very mild. After seeing this doctor he applied an ointment and drops for him which seems to be given for adults. After giving that my son eye got completed swelled and he was unable to open his eyes. I have taken home to Ramachandra hospital and they have informed me to stop that medicine immediately. How can he advise a medicine to a toddler like this. I was really shocked to see such doctors. His fees is really high but why not his treatment quality!!!!

One of the worst hospital . My dad had pain in his eye so we visited this hospital. Once we reached there doc was not there , receptionist told doc will come in few minutes. So we paid registration fee 300 and waited. After few minutes receptionist called my dad inside and checked the eyes. I thought it is pre check-up. Then she called doc he said few medicine worth 300. Then she told it is simple eye itching put this drops for 3 days. Nothing improved in 2 days. So my dad went to native and checked again. They removed a hair from his eye . cost was only 100 there . I humble request don't ever visit this hospital for emergency purpose too.

Not recommended to visit this clinic. ... Money minded doctor... Not recommending appropriate frames and glasses for my mother.. just showing pieces in offer ... On usage, the eyes are burning and the frame is getting loose... Never to buy frames and glasses in there.

We had a worst experience in this clinic. Just for registration they charge 300 Rs. After that doctor prescribed the medication and we asked what's that for. That's it, doctor become very angry and he started showing attitude by saying that you can't be a doctor by asking these kind of questions and you can't understand even if I tell. And he keeps on argued with us for a while. We felt really bad and will never go back to this hospital ever.

I had been to this eye hospital twice for my retinal and eye power check up. Ambiance of the hospital is very serene and clean. Both doctor and attendant handle patients polietly and Dr. Gives experienced advice which is value for money.
