I underwent cataract surgery for both my eyes at this hospital recently. I find the patient care top notch. The team of doctors led by Dr. Karthik Parthasarathi are very professional and empathetic towards the needs of the patients. They have state of the art equipment for accurate diagnosis of the patients' visual problems and their rate of success in treatment is commendably high. Sri. Bhaskar who is the patient councellor is doing an excellent job by solving the doubts in the minds of the patients very patiently. Their charges are comparatively reasonable. Their in house optician shop is of good quality.

We visited this hospital 1st time and Dr's and Staff's are treated us nicely and very kind and given respects and well taken care. Especially Doctor explained the problem very well and demonstrate the problem through system and given root cause of the reason. We impressed. We operated 2 eyes and now patience able to see the nature. Nice Hospital and we will recommend my friends and relatives further anything is required. Last but not least. Referred by my family friend I had consulted Dr.Karthick Parthasarathy for treatment of my eye infection (both eyes). I had constant irritation/watering/redness and unable to attend any other work. Dr.Karthick not only addressed the problem immediately explaining the root cause of the issue by scanning the eyes, and screening the problem with live visuals. He also treated me with the most advanced equipment and required drops. Now my eyes are infection free and am confident that I can approach this Doctor and hospital for any eye ailments and also recommend to my family members as well as my friends confidently. Recently visited Dr.KARTHIK for consultation for myself and father, Doctor took his time to explain every single diagnosis he made on use , he even drew a diagram on the eye and explain the my issue. They professionally cleaned all surfaces of all medical equipment used after each patient and very hygienic. Then came the opticals. Was lucky to have Mr.Shangaran present . When I asked for few modalsnod specs , he gave me better and more suitable options . Made me look better. And more confident on myself .gave a commitment of 3 days but delivered the specs the very next day . Also the renovated optical place looks classy . Mr.shangar also explained and gives a very convincing argument when I asked "why I should choose you instead of places like Lens kart and specs makers" If anyone facing any difficulty in opticals, ask for Mr.shangaran . After all this treatment i had referred few of my frds and they also went ahead and had the perfect treatment and Dr.Karthiks details analysis and explanation. Insurance claim was also seamless and transperant.

We went for our child wit lite infection in eye,doses were given for 4 days . The pain was reduced step by step.. best eye doctor for all . Trusted place with good service nurses. I approached here for cataract surgery for my mom an dad. I felt the basic lens is expensive than other hospitals. Other than this, I had issues with the person who worked for insurance. Please do not go for reimbursement process under any circumstances. First of all, you will be confused a lot by the billing team. Second, your calls will be avoided if you call them for bills and summary which will be required for your claim. You need to do a repeated follow ups for insurance documents. You ll have a good experience in optical store.
