From start to finish, cataract treatment was excellent, and the hospitality was wonderful. Dr. Udhaykumar's clear explanations of the problem, treatment, and post-operative care were very reassuring. The staff and nurses were incredibly supportive, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience. Their follow-up before and after surgery with clear instructions was also a significant plus.

Im visiting the DRR along with my grandfather on 03.05.2025 Evening. The way of treating the old age people's is not at all acceptable. They speak about the system. I have to highlight the point here the machine they are using for vision checkup is not calibrated. The last date of calibration was Feb 2024. Dear DRR team. Check and consider the same. Treat this issue as on priority. Thanks.....

This hospital provides one of the best services in TN. The infrastructure itself is so pleasing to the eyes. The outside is so clean and tidy. You can see automation at most of the places; automatic doors, lifts, payment options and all. Inside the hospital also it is very clean. The staffs are gentle and nice. Services offered are highly recommended. The doctor is also nice and professional. Consultation price is also cheap. Overall, the hospital is a world class one.

This is not a place to be during emergency. All the staffs behave like they are in their vacation and follow process only when it comes to sending the in-patients on priority, though out patients with emergency are lined up. Very worst experience after informing the receptionist many times that my daughter has issues with her eye infection. There are no enough doctors to handle the OP especially. Will never turn up to this hospital during emergency.

I have been visiting DRR Eye Care Hospital since 2022 from Kanchipuram. My mother underwent cataract and glaucoma surgery for one eye, while my father had cataract surgery for both eyes. The doctors here are very polite and take the time to explain the condition of the patient’s eyes before proceeding with surgery. I would especially like to thank Dr. Udhaykumar, the Dean of the hospital, who performed my mother’s surgery. His expertise and dedication to providing high-quality medical care are truly commendable. I am also grateful to Dr. Meenakshi, who performed my father’s surgery. Not at all satisfied. Made all the patients to wait unnecessarily for 2hrs , after putting eyedrops once.no staffs turned up to put another drop or to check the patients whether all are alive outside as they must be busy inside with mobiles. I reacted after 50mts in reception twice but no use. After that ,knocked IOP checking room and asked y ignoring the patients? Then after 5 mts started checking my iop , but others still were waiting outside.. DR on dayduty yesterday( 10th March 2025),not seeing the patients too, just relaxing in consultation room.,may be waiting for all patients to come ,then to start consultation. But howlong to wait?our time / my time is also precious. i wrote a long note about this last night, butsomeone deleted that.After a big fight she called me in around 10am ( I reached around 835) but NOT examined properly , am not satisfied.past four years i am getting the regular checkup done from there only.. From my experience i felt DRR is now become worse.So avoid that for Our better LIFE ,EYE &TIME. Can check in cctv .
