I Care Eye Care Hospital

Never choose this hospital for your eye checkup. I used to go to this hospital since 2006. At that time, Dr. Ramanadhan sir was there. It was well and good. But it's not good now. I just went for checking my eye power with the lady doctor in the morning last month. I bought specs using that prescription but it wasn't comfortable and got eye pain. I checked with the specs shop. They checked my eye power and told the power mentioned in the prescription is wrong. They changed and gave the correct lens. I paid 400 for this worst eye checkup at the hospital and loose 900 for the incorrect lens.

Dr. Balaji treated my eyes with laser surgery post checking my diabetic condition, but still my right eye is having issues while working on laptop and reading newspaper. In spite of several visit there is no proper solution given from Dr Balaji and the reason he is giving is very childish reply to zoom the screen while working in laptop without checking my nature of work. He has multiple degrees and experience but from a patient / customer point of view he lacks human touch and needs more learnings on how to address the issue. Personally Im disappointed to have consulted this so called experienced doctor with no basic equites to have friendly approach. The staffs are OK and good. so giving 1 star

Hospital is good, but evening doctor doesn't listen patients complaints/discomfort properly, he doesn't give time to tell our discomfort that's the small problem.... If anyone want to visit this hospital please go morning time

Service is not good. Doctor does not respond properly. Totally worst 👎. Doctors is rude and does not have proper knowledge

We had our MIL'S( aged 87) cataract operation done here two months ago. We consulted Dr.Srividhya mam. She is very polite and the staffs are also very polite and good. She had good Vision. Fee also nominal. But we have done cashless as insurance is there. The other eye also done today very pleased and she is fine. Thank you very much.

Very nice patient friendly hospital,great doctors and very cordial ever helping staffs.i went there for eye power check.i had the same power like previous,doctor told me to continue with same glasses .my metal frame glasses which I had bought from a leading spectacle shop was giving skin irritation near my temple.i asked the staffs of eye care if they can help ,they could have refused as I have not bought the existing frame from them but instead they told their technician and he searched a lot and got me my spectacle arm cover after which iam relieved of my skin issues .this same help I sought from the shop where I bought this two years back.they told no other option ,I have to go for another new pair which I didn't want as I had shelled out rs 9000/-previous . I whole heartedly thank miss lavanya, technician sir and all the staffs of eye care hospital for their support and their patience.i wish all of you a great success in all your endeavours.

Very very very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy worst clinic worst doctor and worst staff in this clinic and Dr.Balaji very irresponsible I went for an eye check up. They didn't tell what is my eye power also only they are doing what is that numbers tell me like that. I went for my eye check up in Dr.Balaji 's room he checked he gave normal demo glass with open lens I don't know it will break those lens while I give to him he said rudely be careful while use this this is very cost seriously I don't know. He should have tell me politely that time I came to know his behaviour also you go for eye check up means you will wait for long time. Doctor never spoke to patients such a worst clinic. I already checked Google reviews then I got to know should I go there? After that there's no nearest clinic for me that's why I chose this. Doctor and staffs are simply waste .now coming to the staffs especially receptionists I waiting for my glass to check for a while after 15 mins one girl asking are you going to try glasses? I saw a woman she is working dedicatedly in glass sales. Remaining staffs are simply waste . I waited more than 1 hr for 15 mins check up is it far? Here after don't go there. You can go some other places. If you go this clinic they won't tell anything. Only they will do read this reqd this.

Best eye doctor. The word I care eye care worth it a lot
