Very dedicated Doctor. Is very thorough in his diagnosis and extremely professional. Charges very nominally and explains about ailment very patiently. Clinic is well maintained. Lucky to be living amongst people like him

Doctor doesn't know to diagnose the primary patient problem correctly. I personally experience it recently. He does all the detailed testing on his own, but finally, he arrived at his old treatment which does not help to solve the primary problem as expected. Better find the latest ophthalmologist where your problem will be treated in the correct methodology. Horrible experience overall!

I had such a great experience with the doctor last time which is why I went back to him today. I had reddish eyes today morning which might be due to lack of sleep and strain and it was affecting my normalcy. But I was sent back by the attender asking me to come back on Wednesday after fixing an appointment! I totally understand that the doc is busy with a long list of patients who had appointments, but I would have appreciated if I was given some temporary solution, when I clearly told the attender that I had discomfort in my eyes. Though I still know that the doctor was helpless in this situation (mind you he is the best that I have ever seen), I was disappointed by the way I was treated asking me to cone back 2 days later. Now what about my eyes until then? A temporary solution would have been greatly appreciated.

Fantastic doctor and very detailed diagnosis. Friendly and easy to interact with. Will definately recommend anyone to visit. Just one thing is that its hard to find the location as there is no signage. Better signage would be easy for patients to locate the clinic

Good doctor who is simple and patient. Very understanding and clear in communication. Would certainly recommend Dr Madhavan. Hard to find doctors who are like Dr Madhavan nowadays.

He is a wonderful eye doctor and medicates the person perfectly and accurately.
