Went here for eye checkup, To my surprise they were offering free eye checkup this month and didn't charge me a penny. The service was neat and no wait time.

Very worst experience Very worst treatment I went for prolonged irritation of eye and redness they gave few drops and said it will get well soon no worries. But it didn’t happen that way the pain and irritation aggravated again went to reconsult the doctor but the answer was continue the same drops nothing will happen it’s recovering give it some time. But unfortunately this prolonged for few more days because of the fear consulted another hospital where I found it was the problem of madras eye and the medicine prescribed was the reason for irritation and they asked me to take some other drops and said it might take another 8 weeks as the pupil has been dilated. Please its my request before consulting here think twice and I don’t recommend this hospital. Rating not even worth 1.

I don't know about the treatment. I have reached at 7.45 with my 1year kid 60 aged mom and wife from long to there.I agree i have not reached on time. The doctor was present but she is not ready to see.I requested pleased nothing happened. I came to know Nowdays we cannot expect kindness,patience and the trust from doctors due to corporate world. I don't know if any surgery or patient admitted there how the doctors will behave on emergency not sure inpatient. Again they wrongly suggested for operation.its very worst I came to know by checking Aravind hospital.

I went to this hospital for a heat stye for my mom. The hospital was overall good, doctors were friendly but the staffs are pathetic. Especially in reception there were a men and a women, I believe they should have been in Russia, they both don’t know to smile, dealing people harsh. Most importantly guess this hospital is in Stone Age as they don’t encourage any other mode of payments other than cash. Overall doctors are good, staffs are not friendly. On Payments the hospital shd come at least with card.

Nice and friendly hospital. I have never seen such a hard working and sincere doctor with a smile for everyone. but there is no digital payment method. And timing mentioned may vary and timing mentioned is 9:00 but doctors will come after 9:45 am.

I used to consult with Dr Kavitha Lakshmi for the past 7 years and I Can say that every visit to the clinic is a wonderful one. As far as our family.. she is one of the best opthalmologist and taking utmost care for every patient... Over the years, the hospital facilities getting improvised I sincerely recommend for any eye treatments.

I have visited for my friend for eye irritation after visiting the doctor now he feels good, the staffs assisted us and those receptionist are soo kindfull, only request is mode of payment is cash only allowed, need to update

Doctor was very friendly and humble . If you need good treatment you should wait for few hours .. And don't Consider about reception peoples ... Mode of payment should change to Digital Modes ..Nowadays its not possible carrying cash
