Mr. Pranesh understood my requirements and gave me the correct frame and lens. On the delivery day, we requested that our glasses be delivered to Central Railway Station as we had to catch a train at the time of delivery. They immediately understood our requirements and delivered the glasses to the station. On top of that, they even asked us to check the quality of the glasses to see whether I was fully satisfied.
