Good experience Nice customer support
Don't ever go to this store such a scam people there. They try to influence you but they won't even bother about your power or comfortable. They will stick to the Ar machine and the power...They won't give you the choice of choosing frame according to the price or lens... By paying 10000 rs I got only headache and am not comfortable.. When I went to enquiry about this, they asked to put the specs with the headache we can't do anything... Such a worst experience I had ever in my life... Even though they won't give you a nose pad change.. They will say we can't.. Only ans from this store is we can't or wait.. Money oriented service not a eye service.. Such a scam please I request all you to better consider this and I am warning you people, if you are ready to lose your money then visit this store .. Overall such a dirty customer service experience ... No apologize or anything... Even though I am a optometrist, they are scamming...I am scared about the people who is visiting this store.. Better luck 🤞 guys..
I'm recently visited Lens cart, Adambakkam, Chennai branch they show the glasses are new collection and affordable price special mension for Vinoth kumar store manager humble behavior and quality of service was very good
The gave a quote for rs 6200 including lens also, there where no varities, no concession if someone wants one frame. So I Choose a local vendor who had so many varieties of frames and crizal lens and got it for 3200 rs. Dont go by the word on buy one and get one offers with those corporates, they are really looting.
Excellent care. Explained patiently regarding my doubts related to my eye power and also the offers available. Moreover gave suggestion to choose my frame. Extremely happy and satisfied with the overall store experience.
