My spectacles were repaired properly, and staff member Ramya was very helpful throughout the process. She was kind and welcoming, and even suggested that I check my eyesight, which she assisted with as well. Every customer deserves staff like her—friendly, attentive, and ready to help.

Me and my mom went to lenskart for purchase and optometrist Ms.Sabisha have taken care of my mom with patience and she treated her well manners and test also lot questions which is asked by my mom she responded very humble. Also I bought 2 sun glasses for my own she suggested best ones thank you so much I would recommend to my friends for sure keep rocking .😊🙏

Disappointed . I have purchased sun glass today and while packing they packed the displayed piece which was trailed by many. Later on questioning for new piece replacements they told it will take 2 more days and this needs to be informed prior to the customer before packing. I hope the display piece is only for trials

Very poor customer service. Had to come to the store repeatedly to get my glasses fixed. They need to train their staff better - wouldn’t recommend this store.

I already bought specs from Lenskart and always prefer to have the one from them. Recently I visited Injambakkam branch for specs repair service. Much faster than I expected. They are quickly fix the issue and handed over the glass in few minutes. Thanks for your quick support ☺️
