Went to replace the lenses for my mother's glasses. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience as they put in the wrong lens and we had to visit the store again. The staff were helpful and the second time the job was perfectly done. Good store with all the testing equipment and the staff were polite and courteous.

Over the years the quality of Lenskart has been detoritated. Everything they say in website like blu screen and some other UV rays avoidance which they charge extra has been fake . They won't even last for one year from my experience 😕. Even the second specs which I get in buy 1 get 1 which I didn't used has deteriorated same like this that too within one year . Worst 😞. Also whoever visiting they insist on giving good reviews in all their showrooms . Better avoid them completely
