I had a great experience. The executives were polite. Also they performed many checks to make sure they provide the best and suitable glasses for me. I was able to get a budget friendly product within the commited timeline.
Customer service was good. Maheshwari was excellent and helpful. Unsure about quality of the product seems fragile and easily breakable.
We ordered special Gulmarg range sunglasses from Moolakadai branch and when we went to pick up the glasses, they refused to give the special edition box saying that’s how it came from the warehouse and when I asked why? Then they didn’t have any satisfactory answer.. upon further questioning they brought the Gulmarg edition box. I wasn’t asking for a favour, they were trying to fool us . It was a horrible experience from lenskart store. And in the end they put an elastic and gave us the boxes saying that’s how we handover the product.
