Extremely Disappointing Experience at Lenskart – Ambattur O.T (When customer service is neglected, even the best sales lose their value) I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences here. After purchasing two premium specs worth ₹14,500, I faced multiple issues—poor product knowledge, careless service, and a complete lack of accountability from one staff member, Nithya. From denying a promised complimentary product with vague excuses, to suggesting the wrong frame for my high-power lenses (causing vision discomfort), and later resisting a valid warranty claim with inconsistent reasons—her approach was exhausting. It took multiple visits, arguments, mental stress, and lost time to get what was rightfully mine. Thankfully, another staff member, Abinaya, stepped in and resolved my concerns professionally. Without her, this would have been a complete disaster. Lenskart needs to seriously evaluate the quality and attitude of their staff. Customers deserve respect and competent service, not endless justifications and avoidable struggles.

I came here for purchasing sunglasses.. The leaner staff Yuvaraj offering for free eye test And One sales staff name Rupa given respect and warm welcome 🤗 She taken good care and She also offered Free eye test ... And Eye test done by optometrist Aruna and she explained very well

Very bad experience Here a offer was going on to till today for changing of lens at just Rs.199/- , and as we just went around 9Pm , the employee just ignored us first and later they asked us to wait and then later just checked all with the old lens and replacing of new lens ,they say like normal lens is not available we have only lens which starts with 3500/- in which you get discount of 300rs.. and other staff were about to leave the store... So when they don't want to attend the customers properly then why and for what you people work for? It was your duty to give us the best offer and solution to get my new lenses fixed... Having this best frames and lenses from here and using it still now, but this is my 1st bad experience with lenskart and really disappointed with this store employees Management need to have a proper check and look on them...
