Look Eye Care For 'U'

She was good in her initial years in terms of consultation but has started hard selling to purchase glasses and frames from her. She cites a problem with everyone's glasses and frames and claims only she can make the perfect ones. I have been her client for past 10 years but no more will I continue with her. She refuses to write prescription for prism and writes only the eye power prescription She asked me to check with my glasses retailer shop to check my prism power after collecting the prescription due fee of 800 although she knew I have a prism problem in my eyes and mentioned that to me during my consultation This is a typical marketing gimmick to force people to purchase glasses from her.

Doctor is very friendly and very professional in her job. Strongly recommend for consultation and proper examination ONLY. But please do not order specs. Bought a frame as she suggested and ordered two specs, one with new frame and another with old frame. But total goof up in lenses. Both specs had totally different visions. In new frame distant objects were blurry. In both frames Right eye was blurry and right half of a page looked blurry. Poor fixing of lens in old frame. Reason-old frame was bent (then don't know why did they fix the lens and reason for that I wanted a spare one urgently, they had 4 days, they could have told me the fact and saved me 6500 rupees). When expressed discomfort doctor said I was new to progressive and would get used to soon. I don't want a squint eye. So have decided to throw away both. Approximately 19000 for both lenses have gone in drain. I can use the frame at least. She did not measure with Pupilometer too. In short, very bad experience with purchase.

Have been coming here for many years. Doctor is truly excellent in all ways. She does complete check of my eyes including retina check and eye pressure checks. Glasses are priced fairly and well done.
