Inattentive staff: Date:12:11:2024 Time:10:03 pm I had visited the store and ordered 5 different tablets for 1 month and 1 tablet (AB flo 100mg cap) for just 5 days. But due to staffs lethargic approach he billed the capsule for 1 month:( instead of just 10 capsule staff billed for 60 capsules and delivered the same. I got to know this when I randomly cross checking the medicine with the prescription. This is clearly shows staffs inadequate knowledge and lack of concentration which highly put the customer life in rich 😠. Not at all recommended 👍 to buy medicine in this store 👎🏻

Had a worst experience, Peoples working here doesn't have any products knowledge. I don't know how these peoples are working here. Whatever we ask with the product name, they will respond they don't know such product. Not recommended one to purchase our medicines in this locality.

Thiruvottriyur theradi store ( INTNMAS00055)- worst behaviour of Karthick and sathish. Worst customer service by salse person Karthik and Sathish. I was waiting for more than 30mins instead they are answering and providing medicines for people those who came after me .when asked why i being waited for long time , recieved irresponsible and irrespectful reply from Karthick sales person that yes will do like that only, i will make you wait only , if you want go and make complaint no one will ask me. I want the higher officials to take action on them immediately for their harsh behaviour towards customers and it's highly pathetic that store like MedPlus having such a irresponsible and unfit person for this job. These ppl need to be taught first how to respond and speak to customers then only they should have been placed at work place. Otherwise these people will drag your company's reputation.

Recent days.. Few new sales person way of reply is very rough. They don't know who come first and how to balance customer.. The guy who deliver product will give irrelevant answer if you complain to him about service..i dont know what type of service he give to customer. Med plus should take care of this things. They should teach customer service to this guys

We ask the medical to buy medicines for our witnesses only because their health is suffering, But those who are closed to do that work are very strict and are too lazy to take the medicine,
