I got my lasik surgery done by Dr. Rangarajan. I had about -9 as my eye power so looking at things without glasses was a no go for me. After my lasik surgery I am able to see everything so clearly, stars in the sky, plants on the ground that too without glasses or lens!!! Doctor and his team were very helpful and took care of me during the procedure and throughout the entire journey. Special mentions to the staff at premier eye care who also took good care of me and explained regarding the medicines. For anybody(all age groups) looking for getting any kind of eye care I would 100% recommend this place!!!
Hi. Overall the experience was good, but the smile in the ambience ( team members ) could have made it better. Time could still be managed better ( dilution process not included ), overall. When we come out, the pleasant feel was missing. This is a feed back to make things better. 👍 The optician was very good and energetic.🤩 Appreciate the follow up call received from the Admin to understand my concern ( above comment ), regretting and accepting the scope for improvement. It showed their professional approach. Best wishes ....👍
