I went there for my daughter eye infection. It was closing time, but they checked my daughter eye and gave medicine. I highly recommend.

Good hospital with resident environment, nominal rate Rs 100. Well maintained hospital. Recommend it .
Today I went to this hospital for my eye pain due to some dust deposits. That lady doctor is too worst In her behaviour, she is so arrogant and not responding my questions properly. Really shocked to see doctor shouting at patients like this ,in this hospital which has a very good fame in many places
My experience just this morning.. Walked in with a severe eye infection.. Security at front asked to fill a form for details.. though I had severe eye infection it was fine , they are asking basic info to write.. Filled the form and went to reception, front desk, the madam told only cash they accept.. No UPI,WALLET OR EVEN CARD. Pls GROW UP and look around , WE ARE IN THE MODERN TECHNOLOGY . When ppl come to check in emergency hospital has to make arrangements to accept payments by all means and learn to deal with patients. Now I have returned to Agarwal Hospital on the same road, when I walked in to reception ,they had filled the form for me looking at my condition which was very warming and good hospitality. Once treatment over I ll give my honest feedback in their link as another review.. As per Sanakara Registration & Payment mode at reception has to improve for which I'm not giving any rating.. So I'm giving them only 1/5 . Thanks
I visited Nanganallur clinic, yesterday for my wife. She had some pain in left eye. We were the 3rd patient for the day. We were at the clinic by 9.28 a.m. preliminary investigation was done and we were waiting to see the doctor. At 10.40, the nursing assistant came and applied drops, I asked her the reason for the delay, she said she waited for the doctor approval before applying the drops. Why make us wait for 1/2 hour, why not get the approval earlier? Was the doctor not available? We waited till 11.20, still we couldn't consult the doctor. Only when we remonstrated, we could see her. All this time she was sitting in the opticals showroom and chit chatting. She examined my wife and said nothing is wrong apply warm press on the eye. And we wasted 3 hrs in the process.
First there are no appointments. Sanitizing while entering the premises. Temperature check is ok but not effectively done by Nepali guy. No PP kit. Jus wearing mask and provides service. Doctor fee 200/- mask 10/- ( provided by hospital) No card or online transaction. Only cash Waiting area could be extended and close with terrace to maintain social distance, rainy season. Tested well and good service. Good and timely service by optical store at premises.card swipe is there.
I was an attender for a diabetic mother in law of mine. They made us wait unnecessarily eventhough there was no patients inside. The staff are so lethargic. They made us wait after putting drops for more than one and half hours and having lunch without even telling us. Atleast they could have informed us to come back after lunch but they dint . Especially the eye checking doctors being so irresponsible like this would not be great for any patients.
My father had a cataract surgery there and am reviewing from his perspective. Just make an appointment call, you will see the glimpse of the staffs arrogance there, Indifferent doctor and worst infrastructure. I had a cataract surgery in right eye on 29.7.2021. Infrastructure is very poor. The pre-surgery scan was done in a dungeon like room without a.c or fan for more than 20 minutes. My repeated requests for a fan was ignored. During surgery, for local anaesthesia, two painful injections were given in the right eye while other hospitals follow the method of eye drops for anaesthesia. Doctor was callous indifferent to patient. During final review, when I asked her can I go to dusty places hereafter, she scolded me saying you are asking stupid questions. When I ordered spectacles after review, I was told I can bring my debit or credit card to pay Rs.5200 and collect my specs. When I went there to pay, they simply said no cards. In general, the staff and doctor are rude to patients. While they made me spend close to Rs.50k like any corporate hospital, their behaviour was worse than the govetnment hospital. Strongly suggest that people avoid this centre for eye related complaints.
