Excellent Care and Compassionate Staff! I had a very positive experience at Sugam Hospital. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were incredibly professional, caring, and attentive throughout my visit/stay. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. Special thanks to Dr P.Divya and Dr Rani Suganya and the staffs for their exceptional care and support. We truly felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality health.

My brother Mr. Arasan admitted here recently. Dr. Om prakash sir and Dr. Karthick sir treated very well. Nursing care also excellent. Discharge summary also given quickly. We are extremely grateful to Sugam Hospital, Thiruvotriyur for their excellent facility in North Chennai that's comparable to any big corporate hospital in Chennai. Doctors, staff nurses and House keeping team are doing their excellent job and we are blessed to have such a sophisticated facility in Thiruvotriyur. Worst experience in pharmacy section. My relation admitted in ICU and they informed attender to buy medicine in hospital pharmacy. When I check with the ground floor pharmacy there is no proper line, people are rushing, and the pharmacy people not giving proper response. They answering in very aggressive manner. Since we asked to give the medicine earlier pharmacy person kept our prescription in pending and they given medicine for the people who come later than me. And finally we called them again the said that, pharmacy person checked with ICU person and they said medicine required after 30 minutes. So pharmacy person said me "go and sit we will call your name once we completed all this crowed." We already waited for 30 minutes to buy and we paid the amount to receive medicineagain we have to wait 30 minutes. So we have to wait 1 hour to buy medicine in pharmacy. In order to get medicine I have to wait for 1hour due to this irrespectible staffs. Please check this in ground floor.

Worst hospitality I went to the hospital because my daughter had a nosebleed. They said it was nothing, no problem, and charged me Rs. 110 for 2 gloves wear on doctor hand, but they didn't give me any medicine.

I am grateful for the kindness and exceptional care, for Dr. Sathia kumar sir have shown me. Sir love for patients it's truly excellent.

Hospitality at its best !! We have admitted our son in Sugam for the past 3 days and he is completely normal now. Doctors has been so kind in taking care of the patient. Regular check ups and communications are to the point. Maintenance and nursing are highly satisfied.

I got admitted for gynecology problem referred by our dear Dr Divya, they did surgery by Dr Kuppulakshmi under consultation of Dr Cynthia, while team including sisters( serviced with big smile), management and doctors were very polite and knowledgeable. I am very happy. Thankyou :)
