The doctor is very professional but other staff are not friendly. They are quite rude in patient approach. They can understand patient's problems and treat them with respect

Receptionist is not kind with the patient. Even if you reach the clinic by 11.05 am also, she will not agree to meet the doctor as the appoint for consultation is closed at 11 am. But the timing mentioned in the clinic till 1 o clock.

The doctor is very professional. The lens optician did bad job by giving a very bright lens which is not supposed to be given to my daughter who's trying lens for the first time. Money is secondary ( which they returned ) but the eye is very sensitive and cannot be played as a toy.The check up done by the main doctor is very good in this place. Then we went to titan valasaravakkam and they picked up the right lens for my daughter. Suggest you can take up the check up and consult twice incase of lens. The error happened only in the lens department.

I am very much satisfied with the 'services' of Dr Ramana kumar. I say service because Dr Ramana Kumar is very friendly approachable transparent. He made me feel very comfortable in all my interactions with him as a patient for correcting my eye sight. He is very humble humane. Interestingly his fees is very nominal I strongly recommend to People in and around Chennai to consult Dr Ramana kumar for eye related issues.

The Best Doctor.Doctor performed Retina Detachment Operation for my Dad in 2016 and this month he performed Cataract Surgery for my Mom.Doctor is very humble and polite and he treats the patient with care. Only concern is the front office executives. They should be polite to the patients when they seek any information. Sometimes they sound harsh and will simply say wait instead of providing the necessary information. Quite opposite to Doctor.

Amazing doctor. Treats people well but too much crowd and the initial eye testing takes forever. They have two rooms. They can put two people to do eye testing but they don't and they make you wait for 2-3 hours. I hate coming to this place. But the doctor is excellent.
