Am writing this email with heavy disappointment and regrets for the purchase I have made in the Titan eye plus Chrompet branch, Chennai 600 044. I have purchased my frame and progressive lens by Dec 2023 with 1 year warranty at Titan eye plus, Chrompet. Two weeks back, my frame coating started to get peeled off in 2 to 3 places. Since, my product is within the warranty period, I have visited the same showroom from where I bought and explained the grievance. I have submitted the frame and bills on 11.11.2024 and they said they will get back to me once the frame is fixed. On 16.11.2024, a representative from titan eye plus chrompet contacted me and said that the titan head office rejected the invoice, saying that, the *Chrompet titan eye plus franchise was taken by a new owner, so the previous bills won't be taken into consideration* . On a serious note, how come customers know about all the details of franchising? As a customer we purchased from the brand called *TITAN EYE PLUS* The brand Titan eye plus, promised us for the *1 year warranty* during the time of purchase. But now the franchise owners are underplaying and refusing the request for the replacement. I am really shocked, disappointed and ashamed to hear about the Franchising business operations of Titan eye plus. From my case, I get to know how poor the titan is managing its franchise business.

I came for my sunglass service ,Optometrist Praveen serviced my sunglass and suggested to me a minute eye test in their Advanced Seiko Machine so he can interpret whether I have any power or not and he found -0.50 power in both eyes and suggested me for a detailed evaluation in their eye testing clinic. The testing was good and free and also he gave my prescription. Wonderful initiative by Titan eye plus Chrompet 👏👏

I contacted an employee in Chromepet Titan eyebplus. Employee name is karpagam. She helped me very well in understanding all goods and bads of each type of lenses. That helped me in choosing a nice set of frames and lenses. Good amount of frames and quality lenses are available here.
