Best in this locality. Visited almost all the places but the service and choices were good at Titan Eye Plus. Assured post purchase services as well. The technician even called me during the lockdown to check if any service were required and extended their support. This kind of service makes customers visit them again and again. Keep up the good work.

Worst quality and old model eye glasses are at sale. When old stocks and models pile up, they put it on 30% off in Titan eye+ and Titan world. I have bought sunglasses and power glasses with them. It's frame cracked without even dropping it or any human made damages. Each glass is 15-20K with frame ( Added photo cromatic, UV, anti-glare, anti-scratch). Power glass got scratches within 6 months and frame is loose in 3 months. I am using with ear holder. (Image 1) Sunglasses frame broke with low quality under 6 months and I fixed with fewi kwik. (Image 2) Warranty claimed in another sun glass in 1.5 months and it cracked suddenly while wearing in 2 months. ( Given to other optician to fix frame - Image will be updated soon ) Not worth the money, very poor quality. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Lenskart is ok, Turakhia opticians is ok too. Titan eye+ is the worst of all.

From my experience Titan eye plus is the best place to shop for your eye glasses the eye test here is so defined and has so many stages so as to get the exact power. I was a person who was planning to buy a new pair of spectacles for the past three months and visited every single optical store in the surrounding area the other shops had so many offers like buy one get one etc. but what I liked about Titan eye plus is that you pay for the quality of product you receive ”the price is not compromised as the quality is never compromised “ is what Ms.Abhirami said when I enquired about the offers available. True to her words she suggested the best in market, prices may seem a bit high but u will surely say it’s worth it when u start using the product, I’m writing this review after 2 weeks of purchase as I wanted to feel the quality and then say my honest review. And to specifically mention about this Valasaravakkam store, the service provided by Miss.Abhirami who attended me, she made me feel so comfortable, she was polite and humble, she took time to let me explain her my requirements and helped me take trial of the best suiting eye frames , with her help I finalised my three months search in just 30 minutes I finalised a Ray Ban frameless model and she helped in customising the lenses according to my face shape. Thank u Titan eye plus and special thanks to Ms.Abhirami for making my shopping experience so easy, comfortable and satisfying. Very customer oriented place, but costlier compared to Lenskart. It is difficult to say whether the lens cost is worth it. A wider range of frames to choose from, though.
