Worst service. Irresponsible staffs. It's been two months since I ordered contact lens. First they gave lens with wrong power(After I checked with doctor) because they said they didn't have stock. Now they said contact lens is ready. Today morning at 9am, When I went there staffs was not there and only one staff was there and he said he doesn't know anything. They are money minded and don't care about patients. They don't consider us as patients, they only see as customer. Pathetic state of medical service.

Now this was under taken by RS hospital No more vasan eye care As the same they are suggesting to buy a medicine eye drop and oil ment. I don't think is not be necessary

Highly recommend this hospital for eye checkup, the staff were very kind enough to attend the patients.And personally I was treated well and nice throughout my session for my eye checkup and they observed me completely and suggest the best eye glasses which suits me and eye testing went smooth with any hindrance. Worst admin people.. Not answering the patients properly. No payment options. Only cash. If asked for alternate payment which they displayed, staffs are become angry. So pathetic service. Try some other place for better treatment..

Very worst service Doctors are not on time Went for an eye allergy problem and the problem increases day by day due to their medicines.

Better infrastructure to manage patient, good experience with doctors and better management to attend the patients without delay. Quality doctors

Patient friendly hospital.

The lady eye doctor is not listening to the patient word. She behaved rude.
