Bought a specs recently for my wife. Right from enquiry till delivery everything was smooth. Asif and his brother explained everything so patiently. They don't try to push us to upsell. I was very impressed by their customer centric approach, a business oriented owner,Mr Hasi and a very competent optometrist, Ms Karpagam; their product, world reown Carl Zeiss lenses. I was short of time as I was flying off on Sunday and it was Thursday. I just wanted to check if they could do one new set of specs after 5 optical shops gave a standard reply - needed 5 working days. But Ms Karpagam reassuringly stated she would checked with the owner and get it done by Saturday. She called me back on the same day to confirm that it was possible. Ms Karpagam was soft spoken but a very competent professional. She took the trouble to give very detailed explanations of the lenses and also during the eye check. She called me again on Saturday to confirm the specs were ready for collection. I was also surprised by the cost which was 1/3 of the price I would have paid at home in Singapore. What a terrific team this shop has! I would strongly recommend anyone, especially overseas visitors, to get their Carl Zeiss lens at a reasonable price here, with superb customers' service and excellent follow up after-sale service. 😊 So if you are in Phoenix Mall in Chennai swing by this shop.

I have been using this Zeiuss lens for the last 2 months. And I have a higher power than usual. The product is very good to use and light weight. Mr. Fahad and Mr. Asif gave a detailed explanation about the products and their services were top notch with the high-end equipments! Highly recommended if your cylindrical/spherical power is high.

Precision and accurate eye power assessment with best technology and latest equipment. They have to asses your eye power and fix the lenses to your eye movement. Excellent customer care and excellent staff. Best place to buy glasses and professional customer support and care place.

My experience at Zeiss Vision Center was mixed and some what disappointing in terms of guidance. While the staff were friendly and pleasant, I wasn't properly informed about the different lens options available to me, eg: single vision lenses versus other types. I was expecting more detailed explanation from a center specializing in vision care. While I understand sales are a priority, a more consultative approach would have been appreciated. I started wearing my new spectacles (48 hrs & more) and i think the high-tech devices used didn't result in the comfortable vision I had hoped for. I would strongly recommend doing your own research on lens types and options before making a purchase here to ensure your needs are met.
