PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH. Poor service. After placing the order, the frame was too loose (it was falling off). They said it was because my power was high (I have -3 and only in one eye) and asked me to select an exchange frame from a very limited range of options because they wanted to play it safe. I selected a frame which clearly says UPTO -13/+8 POWER (attaching image) but they said they can't do it in that either. I had to finally ask for a partial refund and ended up losing Rs.500 in the process. First bad experience in a Lenskart store in 6 years. Please go to a different branch.

Two models which were seen available in this flagship store weren't available to be delivered. This needs to be corrected. Please place only models available to be delivered.
