First I would like to thank Mrs. Anitharoy our family member who have introduced Lotus Eye Hospital in 2020. Thanks to Dr. Vidhya for her good treatment where as other hospital doctors said my Dad will not get his vision back. Surgery was done in RSP by Dr. Mahesh Birla in 2020 and now he is doing fine. My Mom did her surgery in Saravanampatti Branch by Dr. Shahil Chacko. Really he is an awesome man. All the staffs treated us very nicely especially the staff nurses in OT and OPD.. The hospital was neat and tidy, very calm atmosphere. Now we became as Lotus Family. Will introduce to our friends and relatives. Once again thank you all for your good service 🙏🙏

Priyanka, the staff assistance is very friendly. and Shajil chacko a glaucoma specialist is very knowledgeable, respect my (patient's) fear, clarifies my doubts patiently, explains my eye condition in layman's term so that i understand what's going on with my eyes and suggests what should be done. Great experience.

Lotus eye hospital Saravanampatti , is clean , cozy place it makes you feel good with a smiling welcome by the staff. Both my parents underwent cataract surgery and Dr.Shajil Chackko did an amazing job. "His patience and compassion for patients" were remarkable. Ms.Anita Roy took care of the visitors so well and her coordination extended for every post surgerical visits we were amazing . I would highly recommend this hospital for all your eye care.

BUT I WILL GIVE ONLY -1 STAR FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE "KANNADI KADAI" FOR THE UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE WHEN I SAID 'I WILL BUY THE SPECTACLES OUTSIDE, AS IT SEEMED EXPENSIVE'...They missed to convince me in getting a complete Ophthal solution while coming out of the hospital... BUT 4.5 STAR, OVERALL...

My mom (Selvarani ) suffered from severe eye infection but now she is happy feeling evisceration surgery done at here.
