Titan Eye+ at Sai Baba Colony, Coimbatore

The sales person / team is very good !! Guess all the 5 star rating is for their excellent customer support ( & the sales team is really excellent!) Saying that - reason for 1 star is for the quality of Titan Premium frames - bought at ~10k frame - Tommy Hilfiger & after around 18 months the temple just broke near the hinge .. no damage to any other part ( was informed it was because of sweat damage .. no crack in the plastic temple as you can see in the photo !!!!).. I’ve heard of corrosion but this is a new level of quality of premium frames sold by Titan where metal can break due to sweat !!! Asked Titan customer service multiple times for manufacturer contact but they wouldn’t provide it & kept repeating the same feedback again & again - it’s out of warranty ..! My last time to deal with Titan as I don’t trust the quality of their frames Remember to read other reviews below as well - another customer complaining on quality of premium frames & got a bad experience with customer service same as me !!

I had an issue with my glasses, but the team at the spec shop was incredibly helpful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciated how patient and professional they were throughout the process. They quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it by adjusting the angle and fit of the frame, which made a big difference in comfort and clarity. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The service felt very personalized, and I left feeling confident in both the fit of my glasses and the quality of care I received. Poor quality glasses desptite the very high price - I ordered high quality index lens for my galsses but these do not last long - less than two years for me. This is despite the care taken as suggested. they develop scratches very soon and I suspect the quality of the glass I paid for was not what was given to me. How would a customer know?

I've had a terrible experience with Titan Eye Plus. I am a loyal fan of Oakley sunglasses. I bought a pair of sunglasses that I really for close to 7500 rs which was a defective product. See my earlier review below. Once I wrote the poor review, Titan eye plus got in touch with me to inform me that the defect in the glasses would be covered by warranty and that I would get a replacement. However, there was a catch. They could not replace the exact product I bought. Instead I could pick anything of same value from Titan. Exclusively from a brick and mortar store and not their website. I visited 3 or 4 Titan showrooms to find just a few Oakley sunglass products, and ones I didn't like. I checked with customer care and they informed me that I could not get a replacement from Titans online store, which seemed to have so many more options and some that I liked. Sorry to say, I had to compromise and pick out a pair of glasses I didn't like at a slightly higher price because there was no other option. I didn't want to spend more money and especially more time following this up. Today I'm shorter close to 7500 rupees and a pair of glasses I don't like and a whole lot of hate for Titan Eye Plus. OLD REVIEW I've had a very bad experience here. I came across a pair of Oakley sunglasses i liked while buying a pair of reading glasses for my mother. I was given a quote. Two days later i decided to buy the glasses. This time they quoted me a higher price saying that the last quote was a mistake. I bought the glasses but the shop didn't have the original Oakley pouch that comes with the glasses. They promised me that they will get it from their store the next day and i could come pick it up. They send me off with a pouch that was too small for the glasses. When I called them the next day they said they were not able to locate the original pouch and would give me a substitute. I paid over 7000 rupees for a pair of sunglasses and the retailer can't even give me the product in full. They would not refund. I have to trade in for an equivalent priced something else. I had to purchase a pouch that fits my glasses from elsewhere. Within a week of the purchase i started to doubt the authenticity of the glasses. Parts of the coating on the lens are chipping off. I feel like I have been completely ripped off. A pair of fake sunglasses would have been hundred times cheaper and would last longer.

The Staff are cool and do great job.

Worst experience. I had a complaint with my lens and and initially they said since it is very small issue in the lens we can’t claim through warranty. Then once the issue got worsened in the lens they said even then we can’t claim through warranty. I wasn’t even informed priorly about their terms. Not even consumer friendly.

I have always had a very good experience with Titan and this is my 3rd glass there and this one was a special request and the experts there did a great job in fixing my power onto the sports glasses. It wasn't very easy but still they did a great job. Would always recommend this store, just go for it.
