They have a very strong technician My glass was broken and I was unable to replace my glass, I approached titan eye plus just to see if I have a chance to repair the existing glass, and to my surprise they were able to fix it free of cost.. Writing this review after using 5 months. Had very bad experience with this shop. Actually they made a mistake while doing marking on the glass as they have a lack of knowledge and I am suffering to use this specs. It is not at all useful for me now. I have to lift my specs little bit, so that I can read. Though I approached customer care many times, they didnt care, and I have not received any reply from them. Just they will tell, we will contact in 24 hrs.. thats all. Pls go some other good shops.
