Exceptional care! Appreciation for the Well Deserved! Dr. Rithulaa Raja was terrific. knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I felt at ease immediately since she made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years., – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away with delight. She immediately very impressed with overall experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The entire team at IMAI EYE HOSPITAL is friendly and efficient. I had a great experience during my visit. Dr. Rithulaa is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! A great hospital, truly !! About the Doctor : Meticulous!! Dr. Rithulaa is extremely sharp, identifies the problem instantly even if the patient is unable to explain !! Her level of expertise is commendable!! Analyses well and comes up with effective solutions, in no time !! She is also empathetic and very compassionate. Patients in this hospital ( IN and OUT) seemed very calm and relaxed, such is the level of confidence this doctor instills in her patients. A follow-up review to the one posted 3 months ago... Been through a long journey from accident to clear vision.. And now, my Vision is picture perfect on both the EYES... (like IMAX Laser perfection!)... Again, the process, documentation, surgery, post-surgery care, attention to details, monitoring and periodic reviews, were great experience! .... Appreciation, for the Well Deserved! I am recovering from an accident, and from Sept 25th 2023 till date, Dr. Rithulaa had been my Opthomologist Consultant. She had worked a long way, from performing surgery in replacing my eyeball floor fracture, to the rapidly acing cataract now. At, IMAI EYE HOSPITAL, I have witnessed pure hospitality, care and polite staffs around. Doctor didn't urge to stage in multiple surgeries (as others do) in getting my eye sight back, she worked upon few eyedrops, home care and hygiene. And now after my cataract surgery, My Life has completely changed, I feel more confident, my family stood by that moment to witness wellness bestowed upon me. Instilling Confidence works better than any medicine, and with Dr. Rithulaa, her detailing while diagnosing, working up individual case sheets, and checking upon our comfort, even during the surgery - it's par excellence! I have visited many big branded Eye Care Centers for my parents, but IMAI EYE HOSPITAL and the Experience is much Better. I Strongly Recommend this place for any Eye related issues.
