Nirmal's Eye Clinic, Guduvanchery

I recently visited this Nirmal's clinic in Guduvanchery and was extremely disappointed with the service. They charge Rs. 500 just for a basic consultation, which I found quite high considering the experience I had. The nurse at the front desk was very unprofessional and showed no concern for patients. She didn’t provide any basic information or assistance, just mentioned the consultation fee and bluntly said, “If you wish, you can stay; otherwise, you can leave.” I was shocked by her indifferent attitude. I hope they work on improving their staff’s behavior and overall patient care. Would not recommend unless they make some serious changes.

All the staff members are polite and friendly. They provide detailed explanations. I really loved the way the doctor explained.Good service by the staff

Very worst and dissatisfied Doctor is not up to the grade and she is too confused and not clear in her point . I feel she is too messy in her words and not able to convey in a proper manner. I had a referral to visit here but it's not up to the mark and satisfaction . And the waiting time is too pathetic over all the hype is over but the outcome is poor

Hectic experience Very unsatisfied and the waiting time is too long I was informed as the opening time 05.30pm but the doctor didn't come until 6 I waited for too long and got irritated I think it's too much for a clinic setup , because every patient can face same thing, consulting fees 500 and it's absolutely not worth it

1. Felt the Initial fees was very High. 2. At the reception felt that transaction processing was highly inflexible once they fix mode of transaction. 3. Way of treatment was rigid. 4. Front desk is more like school reception. Highly NOT Recommendable.

Very disappointed!! I feel very disappointed for visiting this clinic. I get repeated calls for attending the tests advised by the doctor which I informed I will do it later but i am getting repeated calls again and again which is disturbing and irritating... they are not calling for the follow up they are forcing to do the test.. And the calls are made under the instructions given by the doctor.. I feel they are forcing to attend it not for the patient welfare but for their income .. Very worst.... I regret really for visiting that place. And they are forcing the patients to put google reviews by getting the patients phone and typing good about themselves they are not even getting the acknowledgement from patients for posting the reviews very worst... I think they are working only for the reviews...

Very much satisfied. Excellent care has been given to the patients here especially for the ones whose visit was their first. They checked nearly 3 times to confirm the power and suggested some vitamin tablets and power glass. People can go with this without any fear
