I visited the hospital for an eye consultation with Dr. Chethana. While everyone seemed very busy with the opening ceremony, Dr. Chethana took the extra time to deeply analyze my eye condition. I had small wounds that hadn't healed for six months, despite consultations with other specialists. She prescribed medication for two days and recommended a minor surgery. She advised me to get approval for the procedure that same day, with the surgery to be scheduled after the medication took effect and the wound condition improved. Unfortunately, I forgot about this until two weeks later when I received a call from Dr. Chethana. She followed up on my status and asked me to return to the hospital. She performed the minor surgery and removed the wounds at minimal cost. My eyebrow is now remarkably well-healed. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Chethana for her unwavering commitment and dedication to following up with her patients until their complete recovery. Such specialized and attentive care is truly exceptional. Thank you, Dr. Chethana, friendly staff and the hospital management.
