I am Muthuraja retired sales manager from pharma. My mother suddenly lost her eyesight aged 92 years. When I consulted Ophthalmologist in Chennai they were not in favour of cataract surgery due to age. My colleagues in Madurai recommended Dr.Vijay Ananth and I took my mother for consultation. "PHAKIC IOL OPERATION" Hello, I will give my honest opinion about getting tested in Anand eye hospital. I'm in my 20's and I wanted to get rid of the power glass which I have been wearing for almost 10 years. Everyday I get up and first thing I search for us my glasses.I had High myopia astigmatism I have done "PHAKIC IOL" OPERATION for both eyes.It is a refractive surgery to have normal vision without glasses, I have undergone this procedure in Anand eye hospital and doctor Vijay Anand sir did the operation. It's been almost a month since the operation. I have not faced any problem or complications till now,it's all thanks to doctor Vijay Anand sir and the supporting staffs ,they took a great care of me from the moment I entered the hospital and everything went so smoothly. Now it's like I have got new eyes. I don't have to wear glasses anymore. My vision is 6/6 now.i could see everything Clearly from the moment the patch was removed from my eyes the next day after the surgery and the vision was 6/6 on the same day when my vision was checked. The operation went very well,it's so quick and sir tried to make it very easier for me,thanks to doctor Vijay sir,now I have good vision. You will never get to see such a neat and clean hospital like this.l have never seen any hospital cleaner and systematic than this.Dr.vijay sir treated me with so care. Madam krishnaveni used to call me every time and keeps me informed and checked on me everyday throughout the process,very friendly person. In this hospital Everything is so systamatic and you don't have to wait for hours to get your eyes checked. Each and everyone in the hospital takes great care of the patients. Anand sir treated me very patiently and kindly, sir analysed and took care of me in every step of this process. I was nervous about the operation Anand sir and the staffs reassured me in each and every step and gave me lots of courage to have undergone the procedure. I'm very great full for everything Thanks to Anand eye hospital and Dr.vijay Anand sir.

Recently I visited this hospital, my uncle underwent cataract operation.Staff in this hospital are very nice and caring. The hospital is very clean and tidy. They are giving clear instructions to the patient with much patience. Anand Eye Hospital is superb in all aspects.

Very hygiene and clean hospital that I have ever seen in Madurai. Well Air-conditioned in the lobby....Checkup time can be prioritized to have faster turn around....Pls do implement social distancing....overall...I am extremely happy with my experience.
