I had a very disappointing experience at this eye clinic. The clinic seemed unprofessional and poorly managed. There was no in-person doctor available; instead, there was a lady at the front desk who handled everything. I was charged 200 rupees fee before any consultation, i was led through a brief, uninformative eye check. Afterward, she mentioned she couldn’t find anything wrong and offered to connect me with an doctor ( online ). I waited 15 minutes, only to be told that the doctor wasn’t responding to her calls. This felt like a complete waste of time and money, with no genuine care or treatment provided. It’s clear that they prioritize profits over patient well-being. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking real help with their vision.
