We enter into the hospital 11.45 now 12.45 ,they checked all the test but they don't give the result and they don't even tell what is goingon. . We sit dump. And can't even know what is happening, no one is giving any details about the eye test and the receptionist is a dump one I am sorry to say, but her response is like that only. First you have tell the patient about the detailed information .this hospital is the best one to check our patience level.hats off to the team. Keep on doing like this .superb one. The whole day is consumed.

Hospital was easy to locate, small and neat. I dint have to wait for a long to check my vision. It was quite quick. Nurses were helpful. My father is 73 and cannot hear. The nurses were too polite and helped him even after they had to repeat it many times to him. Once the eye sights power was checked, they made a video conference call to the Dr at Tirunelveli Aravind vision center. The nurses explained about our visit and the Dr explained on what was the issue. I actually had an eye infection and she prescribed eye drops. I am using it since 2days and I feel good now.

Here the hospital is providing basic treatments by conducting basic testes. Those who are not able to go to Tirunelveli can get their basic check up and follow up here. It is good service for aged and poor people.

Best charity Eye care centre that offers telephone online consulting with opthalmologist. Good care and best treatment are offered to all. Low income group people are very much benefitted, for the past two decades.

One who can wait for 2+ hours can come here for treatment. Even if it's a minor infection you need to spend 2+ hours to get Dr consultation and medicine prescribed. Arvind is renowned name here in Tirunelveli but above issue is a big concern here at Kallidai branch
