They explained the entire process and guided us in the right direction for my mom’s cataract treatment. The doctor was also very reassuring, taking the time to explain the condition to my mom and boosting her confidence ahead of the surgery. The hospital has a pleasant ambience, and everything was handled efficiently with minimal waiting. Overall, a great place that truly understands and supports your needs

The ambience of the hospital is good and the support staff is good. We had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the doctors (don't want to take the name) who was completely restless in handling my father saying he is not cooperating as soon as we entered the room. My father is 70+ and he is new to these procedures and they need to have some patience in handling senior citizens. Even the very young support staff had so much patience but not that doctor. After this experience we have second thoughts to continue treatment here
